How influenced are we by the media these days ?
If I were to ask you, why do you like kim kadarshian but not rossie o donell, would you be able to justify it except one is smoking hawt, the other is drop dead ugly ?
If I were to ask you, why do you oppose abortion or gay marriage, would you be able to make a logical explanation, except "Cause thats how God intended it to be".
If people were such loyal followers to God, whether it is Christianity or Buddhism or other religion, can you look me in the eye and tell me honestly, that you have followed everything that was said, and never broken a rule or committed any sins ?
No, you know why ? Cause you CHOOSE which law to obey, which law you just close an eye and pretend it was acceptable to ignore.
Hey, I have no objection to you choosing what you want to believe, you want to believe gay marriage is wrong, when you are straight as hell, meaning it would not affect you one bit, you go ahead and protest all you want.
My question is, can you back up your argument with logical reasoning, without pulling in "GOD" as part of the reason. Religion can't be proven, hence religion will be the least substantial evidence in any argument. As we know, religion has been often proven wrong in the course of time. Remember how people use to sacrifice virgins into volcano as sacrifices to Gods... we don't do that now do we..
If a person manage to justifies their beliefs with logic, even if the logic itself is proven to be wrong, but still demonstrates intellectual in a way of being able to make a choice with solid grounds of reasoning, a certain respect must still be credited.
Take example of the past US elections, SADLY, only 20% of voters who voted for the republicans actually DO believe that John Mccain is a better choice compared to Obama. Supporting his economic views and his past experience in war. That, is acceptable.
While the other people who voted for the republic party, voted because they think Obama, is a terrorist, or Obama supports socialism or Obama is hangingout with terrorist... or... because sarah palin was hot.
Ask yourselves, how many times have you added someone on facebook, just because they are HOT ?
How many times have you dumbass guys AGREED with a girl, because she is hot ?

Do NOT let the media run your opinion, do some research or ask people who are specialized in the field you are seeking interest in, get to know more about the stuff that you have an opinion about. Example - Gay Marriage
Do you really think Gay Marriage is bad for the human race ? how come no one bans smoking then ? it kills more people than gay marriage I'm sure.
To be honest to God, I think most kids smoke these days to be cool. I swear, I've seen so many people who do not know how to smoke, but do try their best to act "cool". How come the government do not put a ban on smoking ? Instead government such as Malaysia spends more time putting a ban on PORN. When was the last time you heard someone died of Porn.
Oh god, I've been rambling on for too long, I think I even drift off point a couple of lines there.
At the end of the day, I just want you to know,
Make a choice cause of YOU, not cause people said so, not cause it is a trend.
If that boyfriend of yours is making you unhappy, but you are staying with him... for reasons that remains unknown to you, make a choice, and dump him.
If a girlfriend that is obviously using you and being more of a liability than an asset, make a choice, and dump her, who cares if shes super pretty and too good for you.
If you are unhappy, make a choice to be happy
